Sales Of Spanish Property Increase

These figures are the first positive news to emerge for the Spanish property market practically since the financial crisis began in late 2008, and are the best transaction figures since the second trimester of 2008. Furthermore, the number of mortgages approved in the same period has increased by 1.8%, giving hope that a turning point has been reached in the downturn in Spanish property sales.
